Streaming VideoVideo delivery is a relatively new product over the internet. In order to avoid buffering, we recommend turning the video Quality down to low. (There is not much video difference on the screen, big or small, but this will allow your computer to play with a minimum of buffering.) This is normally done by right clicking your mouse on the video content screen once you have started your video. Select Quality and choose Low. (You will also notice that your computer will perform much better.) In Hulu you can also select 288p. In Youtube you should select 360p. You can also join Youtube Feather (http://www.youtube.com/feather_beta) which speeds up your Youtube page. If your video continues to buffer, pause it for a few minutes, (make popcorn), then restart. The video should run perfectly. On more popular video items, the host may have server capacity issues, so be patient. Most people have no problem viewing Streaming Video, but some users have had issues we are unable to resolve. We do our best to be compatible with all the popular free sites such as Youtube and Hulu video. There are instances where some computers have trouble with Streaming Videos. Just because streaming videos buffer and pause, does not automatically mean its the ISP. Here are just a few links discussing the issue.
